St Lawrence Hotel, Massena

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, there was a lingering smell of mildew. The staff was courteous, but I felt like more investment could enhance the overall service quality. The location was convenient for my work assignment, but I was disappointed by the lack of accessibility to amenities like the attached restaurant and the closure of the on-site dining during my stay.
